What sets it apart
- A 4 inch thumper port. A thumper is an extra vessel the vapor passes through on its way to the condenser. Distillers have long used one to add another stage to the run. Having the port means the option is designed into this still.
- The EZ Seal Cap. The name says what it's for: making the cap easier to seal on run day.
- 15 gallons of copper. This mid-size pot is made of the metal distillers have trusted for generations, because it moves heat well and reacts with sulfur compounds in vapor.
